They are formulated based on your hormone profile and can be easily adjusted to increase or decrease dosage based on your individual needs.
Hormone Pills
Hormones can be given by mouth and can be effective if taking regularly. Some may opt for other options due to difficulty taking pills or non-compliance due to inability to keep up the regimen and therefore resulting in poor outcome.
Therapies for Women
Many women may experience anxiety, fatigue, loss of sleep that they are told is normal and may be prescribed medications such as anti-depressants or anti-anxiety that mask the symptoms but do not treat the root cause.
